Danny McConnell - President

As President and co owner of Total Site Development, Danny McConnell is responsible for all field operations for the company, and shares in making all corporate and financial decisions.

Danny is involved with all aspects of running the company from the start of all projects, maintaining schedules, excavation, underground utilities, base, asphalt, and concrete. His hands on approach and work ethic is one of the reasons for Total Site Development's success. With his leadership, Total Site Development completes all of it's projects on time with impeccable workmanship.

Danny has been involved in the construction industry since 1975 and helped found and has co-owned Total Site Development since 1987.

Danny has over 28 years experience with all aspects of site development.

Randy McConnell - Vice President

As Vice President and co-owner of Total Site Development, Randy is responsible for preparing and evaluating all proposals, contracts, business development, and client relations.

Randy also shares in making all corporate and financial decisions. Randy's skilled budgeting and management of prices from sub-contractors and suppliers, is one of the many reasons for Total Site Development's success, financial strength and repeat business.

Randy has over 25 years experience with all aspects of site development. Randy helped found and has co-owned Total Site Development since 1987.

Reid Kessel - Estimator/Project Manager

Reid is responsible for estimating and overseeing all projects. Reid applies his exceptional professionalism and natural attention to detail to each project. His ability to foresee potential problems and determine successful solutions benefits both the schedule and the client.

Reid’s knowledge of the industry and project management skills allows him to quickly diffuse potential or difficult situations on the jobsite. His office-to-field communication has proven to be an effective solution to meet project milestones.

Reid has held various positions ranging from Project Manager to Estimator with various site development companies. He has a vast knowledge in all aspects of site development. Reid’s experience with industrial, commercial and residential sites along with government and private jobs, both large and small has been an invaluable asset to our organization.
